Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the item to request a return. Please ensure that the returned item is unworn, undamaged, and retains the original packaging and all accessories.
2.Return conditions:
Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Returns are not accepted except for customized items and special promotional items (such as limited edition or discounted items).

Exchange Policy
1.Exchange period:
You may request an exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item. Exchanged items must be eligible for return and the new item selected must be the same price or higher.

Upon receipt of your exchange request, we will provide you with an exchange address and specific instructions.

Please ship the original item back within 7 days of receiving the exchange authorization and make sure to use a traceable courier service.
- Price Difference Handling:If the price of the newly selected item is higher, you will have to pay the price difference. If the lower priced item is exchanged, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
4.Return shipping instructions:

If the reason for the return is due to the customer's personal reasons (e.g., don't like it, doesn't fit, wrong choice, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

If the reason for the return is due to us (e.g. wrong item shipped, quality problem with the item, item damaged during shipping, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you receive an item that is damaged or has quality issues, please contact us immediately and provide photos as proof. We will replace or return the item free of charge.

In order to protect the shopping experience of all customers, we reserve the right to take restrictive measures against customers who make frequent returns or are suspected of abusing the return policy.
Customized Products: Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange after receipt. If a custom order is canceled after creation, a customization fee will be deducted from the refund.
